The guideline for installation of the gaskets.

In the flange‘s connection, all parts must be closed. The reason cause many gaskets’ leakage is the wrong installation. Install the bolt in sequence.

Put the flange in the middle of the sealing face. Combine another side of flange with the gaskets. Using the lubricating oil with the high quality to clean the bolt. Put the bolt into the hole for screw. Screw down the bolt by hand. Screw down the bolt as the above pictures, make the gaskets get the equal power. When you began to screw down the bolt, please remember that the torque not exceeds the 30 percent of the suggestion, or the edge of the flange will turn up, that will make the gaskets broken.
1.After tighten the bolt in certain degree, then check the press situation of the bolt one by one, make sure that they are all get the equal press.
2.Consider with the change and the flab of the stress, it is necessary that retighten the bolt, this can assure the proper press burthen when the setting is working. |
